How to configure Review popup

Welcome to our user guide! We're here to help you navigate through the Air Reviews app. Specifically, we'll be focusing on how to set up the Review popup feature. This feature is a great way to showcase customer reviews on your store, enhancing credibility and trust. So, let's get started!

Firstly, you'll need to navigate to the 'Display reviews' option in the left-hand menu of the Air Reviews app. Once there, please select 'Setup' under 'Review popup'.

1. Enable

To activate the Review popup feature on your store, please enable the 'Review popup' option.

Under 'Page to show', you can select the pages where you'd like the review popup to appear. If you have specific pages in mind, simply choose 'Custom' and enter the URLs of those pages.

To display customer review images on both mobile and desktop, please enable the 'Show review image' option.

To ensure the review popup is visible on mobile devices, please enable the 'Show on Mobile' option and select your preferred position under 'Mobile position'.

Similarly, to display the review popup on desktop, please enable the 'Show on Desktop' option and choose your desired position under 'Desktop position'.

2. Advanced settings

If there are certain pages where you'd prefer not to display the review popup, you can exclude them by entering their URLs under 'Exclude pages'.

For those who are comfortable with CSS, you can further customize the display of the review popup by entering your CSS code under 'Custom CSS'.
