How to integrate Air Reviews with PushOwl?

Welcome to our user guide! We're here to help you navigate through the Air Review app and integrate it with the PushOwl app. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up review reminder notifications and photo review reminder notifications. Let's get started!

Step 1: Connecting Air Review to PushOwl​

First, please open the Air Review app. From the left menu, select 'Integration', then choose 'PushOwl'.

Once you're there, click 'Connect' to link up with the PushOwl app.

Step 2: Setting Up Review Reminder Notifications​

Next, let's set up your 'Review Reminder Notifications'. Turn this feature on to send an email reminder to your customers to write a review for the product they've ordered.

You can choose when to send these notifications by selecting a time under 'Send Notifications after'.

Don't forget to fill in the 'Title', 'Message', and 'Button Label' fields with the information you want to display. Once you're done, please click 'Save Changes' to keep your selections.

Step 3: Setting Up Photo Review Reminder Notifications​

Lastly, let's set up your 'Photo Review Reminder Notifications'. Turn this feature on to send an email reminder to your customers to add a photo to their review if they've written a review without one.

You can choose to send these notifications for 'Five-star reviews only' or for 'Four-star and Five-star reviews'.

Again, you can select when to send these notifications under 'Send Notifications after'.

Finally, fill in the 'Title', 'Message', and 'Button Label' fields with your desired information. Don't forget to click 'Save Changes' to save your settings.
