How to use Air Reviews in Shopify Flow

Firstly, you'll need to access the Air Reviews app. You can do this by selecting 'Integrations' from the left-hand menu and then choosing 'Shopify Flow'.

Next, please enable Shopify Flow to complete the integration process.

Now, let's move on to the steps:

Step 1: Congratulations! You've successfully integrated with Shopify Flow.

Step 2: Now, it's time to access Shopify Flow and create some workflows.

To do this, please select 'Create workflow' and then 'Select a trigger'.

Next, you'll need to select a trigger.

Under 'Install app trigger', please choose 'Air Reviews' and then select either 'New review' or 'Update review'.

After that, please select 'Then' and 'Condition'.

Now, it's time to add criteria.

You can choose a valid condition for your trigger such as 'Reviewer name', 'Review content', 'Star rating', 'Reviewer email', 'Published', 'Has images'. Or you can choose not to select any condition.

Finally, click 'Then' > 'Action' > and under 'Install app actions' choose 'Air Reviews' > 'Send review reminder'. Don't forget to turn on the workflow for it to be operational.
