How to configure Review Box?

Hello there! This guide is designed to help you set up and customize your Review Box with ease. We'll walk you through the process step by step, so you can get the most out of your Review Box. Let's get started!

Displaying Reviews​

First, you'll want to navigate to the 'Display reviews' section and select 'Setup' in the Review box.

Positioning the Review Block with Theme OS 2.0​

  1. In the 'Choose Position' block, please click on 'theme settings'.
  2. Next, select 'Add section' at the position where you'd like the block to be displayed.
  3. Finally, click on the 'Widget box Block' of Air Review.

You can preview the review box in the theme settings as shown below:

Feel free to customize the content, layout, and color display of the review box to suit your needs.

Positioning the Review Box with Other Themes​

  1. In the 'Choose Position' block, select the display value.
  2. For 'Under Product Detail block on Product page', the Review box will be displayed at the default position.
  3. For 'Custom position', use the 'Smart selector' to choose the display position of the Review box on the product page.

Click 'Start Choosing', select the insert position, click 'Insert here', and then click 'OK'. Now, you've successfully chosen the display position for the Review box. Click 'OK' to finish.

You can also choose the position (Above, Inside, Below) to display the Review box on your online store. The display result should look like the image below:

Configuring the Review Box​

Choosing a Preset​

Select a preset for the Review box block.

Layout​

You can choose between a list or grid layout for both desktop and mobile views.

Color​

Customize the color of the stars, text, and buttons to match your brand.

Content​

Input the content for the heading and choose the date format for the reviews.

Verified Review Badge​

Enable the badge to show verification on each product review on your storefront. You can also choose to show the "Verified" text, select the badge icon and color, and decide whether to show the badge after the star rating or customer name.

Advanced Settings​

Tick 'Show Policy' and input the content in the text field to display the policy in the popup. You can also choose the font family for the Review block and input custom CSS to change its display.

Snippet Code​

Use the provided code to insert the review carousel on the product page. Copy the code, go to 'Theme' > 'Current theme', select 'Actions' > 'Edit code', choose the 'main-product.liquid' or 'product-template.liquid' file, insert the code at the desired position, and save.
