What does Review Analytics have?
Hello there, dear user! Let's dive into the world of our Analytics page, which displays a wealth of information including Approved Reviews, Average Product Rating, and Emails Sent. This will help you easily track the status of your store.
To get started, please access the Air Reviews app. From the left menu, kindly select 'Analytics' to navigate to the Analytics page.
You can change the date range to view information at different times by clicking on the Calendar button, selecting your desired Date range, and then clicking 'Apply'.
To refresh the page and load the latest updated information, please click on 'Reload'.
The 'Approved Reviews' section displays the total number of reviews that have been approved. These include reviews that have been imported from a file or via the AliExpress and Amazon pages ('Imported'), as well as reviews written by customers ('Collected').
The 'Average Product Rating' section shows the average rating of the reviews. It also displays the number of positive reviews (4 and 5 stars) and negative reviews (1, 2, and 3 stars).

The 'Email Sent' section shows the number of emails that have been sent to customers. It also displays the number of emails that have been opened by customers ('Opened'), and the number of times customers have clicked from the received email to visit the store ('Clicked').

Lastly, the 'Total Reviews Overtime' section shows the total number of reviews currently available.
