How to integrate with Avada Marketing Automation?

Step 1: Retrieving Your App Id and Secret Key from Avada Marketing Automation​

First things first, you'll need to get your App Id and Secret Key. Here's how you can do that:

  1. Please navigate to your Avada Marketing Automation app.
  2. Once you're there, kindly click on your account located at the top right corner.
  3. From the dropdown menu, please select 'Manage keys'.

  1. Now, you should see your App Id and Secret Key. Please copy these details.

Step 2: Entering Your App Id and Secret Key into Air Review​

Now that you have your App Id and Secret Key, let's move on to the next step:

  1. Please open your Air Review app.
  2. From the left menu, kindly select 'Integration', then choose 'Avada Marketing Automation'.

  1. Now, you'll need to paste your App Id and Secret Key into the respective fields and hit 'Connect'.

Please note: It's best to only integrate with Avada Marketing or enable the Review Reminder and Photo Review Reminder. This is to avoid sending too many emails to your customers, which might give them the impression that you're spamming.
